Privacy and text messaging

Rackrun LLC provides network cabling, Wi-Fi and network services in San Antonio, Texas. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it and how our text messages work.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us when you call, text or email: your name, phone number, email address and job address.
- Details about your job, such as photos of your setup, walkthrough notes and the equipment we install.
- For network care customers, the device and network information we need to maintain your network, such as device names, firmware versions and connection status.
- Website visits. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you to other sites. This site does not set cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule and complete work, send invoices, provide support and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone and texting provider, email provider and accounting software, and only as far as they need it to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
The sharing described above excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third parties.
Text messages
When you text us, or give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you, you agree to receive text messages from Rackrun about your inquiry, quote, appointments, service and billing.
- Message frequency varies with your project.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, invoices and network documentation as long as we need them for warranty, support and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
